All Planets Direct - Get Your MOVE On!

What is All Planets in Direct Motion? (APDM)

Beginning January 8, Mercury shifted out of retrograde and until February 7, all planets are in direct motion. YEAH!

What does that mean for us?

GET YOUR MOVE ON! NOW IS THE TIME! SEIZE THE MOMENT!

The moment when all planets are in direct motion and they become balanced and in harmony is a very rare event indeed. But what makes it even more special is that it lasts for an entire month!

Even from ancient times, All Planets in Direct Motion is an omen of incredible fortune, opportunity and peace. But it's not good enough to sit back and enjoy it. This is the time to get your move on!

Start that project... or finish one you've started. Go after your dream, follow the flow of energy to something new and exciting. Get a new job, move to a new location! If you can dream it... desire it... then do it! Anything that would be considered a major milestone or life event... now is the time for action! It's also the perfect time to set new goals, intentions or begin new habits.

Let's Celebrate and use the energy like jet fuel to propel ourselves forward!!

Happy...  All Planets in Direct Motion!

TRUST YOURSELF

I committed to housesitting for a lovely home in Green Valley, AZ for the summer. My intention: To have a lovely place to stay (rent free) while I finish my third book and get some business ideas together. (While I'm on the road, I find that it's too difficult to stay focused on my projects. Why? Because I haven't set goals????)

Lately, I've been getting other housesitting offers (for pay) that would keep me on the road. Very tempting!!

The trap: Money and the allure of adventure! Now, Is it a trap or has my intention changed? Hmmmm....Is the Universe supporting my intention with these jobs or are they a distraction? Certainly I need money to live. Could I change my intention and set some goals that would keep me focused?

Question: Where am I giving myself away for money? Where am I not trusting that I will be supported? Where am I not trusting my decision to stay put? Is staying put...in alignment with my journey? What do I choose today? How do I want to create my life? It's the codependency vacillation rearing it's ugly head....I don't know! Yes, you do know....

The answers are within me. I just have to get out of my head and into my body...my body knows...how is it feeling?

VISION, GOALS AND PASSION FOR LIVING

"I remember nearly ten years ago, you said to me, You have to set some goals for yourself and I'll set the first one. You have to create a space to call home and it can't be your job!" I say to my long time friend over beer.

When Life Happened to me, goal setting gave me direction. Even now I see the importance of setting goals for myself. If you don't have a goal there is nothing to strive for.

I hiked the Inca trail in Peru with my son who had a goal to hike Wayna Picchu, a 9,000 foot tall mountain that sits behind Machu Picchu. Although not an easy thing to do, I too hiked to the top as well. When I got there I remember clearly thinking, "If you know what Waynu Picchu is in your life, you can get it!

But I've decided that setting goals is the easy part. Having the vision and clarity for what it is one wants to manifest or create in their lives is a bit more challenging.

In the movie, Chasing Mavericks, a true story of a young man knowing what he wanted, to surf Maverick, Jake had a vision and with help from his mentor Frosty, set daily goals in order to attain his dream.
It is easy to get caught up in the everyday routine of really nothing. Even in retirement, I've witnessed that we can be happy with a walk, golfing and happy hour. While good, there is more! We were all created with a passion for something to share with the world! What is it? The possibilities are limitless. Once we have the vision, we can reach the goal, simply by taking many baby steps forward. But with a goal, they're all pointed in the same direction!

And now my friend, you are living a life full of joy and passion!

HAPPY 2011! APDM (All Planets in Direct Motion!) ONCE AGAIN!

Happy New 2011! It is customary for people to think about setting goals and making new resolutions when the new year arrives. Lots of times they are short lived...a decision is made to diet or exercise and can quickly go by the wayside as life continues to move on after the excitement of the holiday celebration.
This year is a bit different in the fact that APDM is in full swing. It began on Dec. 30 and will continue all the way until Jan. 26, 2011. As I had mentioned in one of my earlier blogs about the ADPM, it happens only 8 times every 10 years and it's a time when magical things can happen....APDM energy helps us to manifest our dreams and goals.
This year, maybe you can think of some longer term goals that you would like to manifest. This can be a very new concept, setting goals and even changing the term 'dream' into goals.
I remembered back when it was my 50th birthday. My life had taken a deep nose dive and a friend asked me to make a wish for my birthday. I had to ask her if she would help me! I didn't know how to wish or dream. I was stuck in the movement of daily living.
Maybe you can take a few minutes these next few weeks, just for yourself. Go to a space that is quiet and you can be alone with your thoughts. (It can be anywhere you can listen to your inner voice, for me, driving can be this place.) Several of these exercises may be helpful. The write down whatever comes to your mind. No judgment, just let your soul begin to have a voice.
I absolutely guarantee that manifestation, realizing your dreams works! We'll discuss this next time~ HAPPY SOUL JOURNEYING......

Part 8 Inca Trail THE JOURNEY ENDS!

OK! Finally! We're done! 5:30AM, we walked to the bus for the ride to Machu Picchu for the hike up to the top of Waynapicchu . As you can see the stairs were very narrow. It was foggy which was a blessing for me...I didn't like seeing straight down...my son made it to the top in 1/2 hr! Me, it was an hour, but I made it! It was so much easier that the Inca trail. It was cooler, I wasn't carrying a backpack, I wasn't trying to keep up with a group, don't get me wrong, it was still hard and I still had nothing to eat since we started this trek and I was using up alot of energy! I got to the top, went through a cave, I was later to find out was called the 'moon cave,' came out the top (dying and rebirth) and instantly began the climb down. For me, it wasn't about arriving; it was about the journey! It was about "Anything is possible!" If you know what Waynapicchu is in your life...you can climb it! You CAN get to the top! If you have a goal, you can reach it! You simply take baby steps, rest, ask and receive support...ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
